Is it safe to charge the battery up with the Game Pak still inside? Thanks. biggrin.gif

I've always charged my SP with the cartridge in it. I didn't bother taking the gamepak out.

So far, all seem ok. Saved games are not lost.

There's no external recharger for gba sp leh. The battery is internal. I guess recharging is the same for all versions.

Thanks for the info.

Hi, need advices from you ... smile.gif

I took out an old game cartridge and played on my GBA-SP ... found that the cartridge internal battery is depleted. And I'm unable to save my games on it.

Is there anyway to charge the cartridge battery? Or worst case, how can I replace the batt?

Anybody used the memory stick before, and whether I can use it to save games with my depleted cartridge?
