first off, spidey looks to disappoint articulation buffs.
punisher's face mold doesn't seem mean enough. the rest look pretty fine.

are these to scale with the old showdown figures? i think they look cool. if they're cheap it might be a good buy.

Showdown is probably around 4 inches if i can recall.
