The normal MP Japan price when first release is about 10290 yen with some specical case like MP4 cost 18900 yen. Since Grimlock Japan retail price is 13000 yen, I suspect he will be slightly bigger compare to MP Prime as in the G1 carton where Grimlock is taller then Optimus Prime. But the current strong Yen vs weak Sing dollar really make this item steep priced.

Even with that price and recession or no recession, I dont care, will be getting it....
There may be a reason for the higher price, for instances, maybe its bigger than OP, so lets just wait and see the official pics first before commenting wether the price is justifiable...not to forget toys price are basically also going up...no point to speculate... FInally something concrete on mp Grimlock
