She should step down of coz!! This also serves as a warning to those top CEO who earns top bucks that they must be responsible for their own actions, service to the public ahead of their profit!!

Ya be like the japanese lah, when problem occurs, the top will step down. As CEO, she must be earning millions, probably hard for her to give that up. IIRC, she recommended herself for the CEO job a few years back.

this morning, trains delayed in city centre.
i don't know if SMRT foreseen this problem. its common sense. trains travel 80km/h for most stations, slow down to 40km/h in city centre. of course will jam i cant believe they never anticipate that the whole management team should just hold a press conference, bow and ask for forgiveness and resign. -------------------- |
